After a 10 minute cable car journey to the top, we took a walk around the mountain instead of up. Due to the time of year, the mountain was pretty sparse from a lack of snow and none of the ski lifts were in action. For me, it was perfect. I was able to capture the mountain not covered in people with slight amounts of snow sitting at the top beautifully blending into the low drifting clouds. With the right weather, the mountain is a great place to go skiing and snowboarding. If you weren’t aware, Ben Nevis is the UKs largest mountain and whilst the views from the mountain are spectacular please stay safe and aware when on top of it as there have been many incidents on the mountain.
